1984 at a ski resort, saw an embroidery machine and spoke with the owner. Gathered information and started the wheel turning on an Austin base embroidery business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Large enough to deliver large orders, small enough to give personal service

50% deposit, Balance COD. MC, VISA, AMEX, Company checks
Which areas do you service?
Primarily, business to business, schools, clubs, churches and as contract mfg.

Sole proprietor- Ralph and Denise Gonzales

9 to 5 M-F
