How long have you been in business?
I started doing taxes 15 years ago.
What is your primary product or service?

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I took the HR Block tax course in 1999. The lady who did my taxes asked me if I would be interested. Turned out to be one of the best things I ever did. Everyone should take a tax course (especially if you're going to do your own). I have a knack with numbers. Fate just kinda lead me in this direction.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Education and Experience. The IRS requires that I take 24 hours of continuing education annually to maintain my Enrolled Agent status. I always take far more and have completed over 1800 hours in the last 15 years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
This is my only location and I have no plans on expanding. I prepare each and every return for my company. At a seasonal chain store, you never know who will be doing your return. You might get lucky and get a preparer wth 10-15 years of experience but most likely you'll get a preparer with much less experience. Same thing with the big CPA firms, they bring in data entry help and interns this time of year, so you might not actually have a CPA working on your return, just signing off on it.
Provide detailed directions to your location
I work out of an office in my home. The majority of my clients drop off their tax documents. We have a convenient pick up and delivery service as well.
What type of payments do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Money Orders, Checks, Cash
Which areas do you service?
Anyone, Anywhere. I have clients who have moved that still send me their info to file and military clients overseas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own the company, but my husband Frank Kriege helps out.
What are your hours of operation?
They vary depending on the time of year. But you can schedule an appointment and I'll make an arrangement to fit your schedule.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
A smile.
