How long have you been in business?
Have 15-20 years experience in the field, but beginning my own buisness this year.
What is your primary product or service?
Primarily I am servicing Equipment along with truck & trailer repairs & scheduled PM's, offering 24 hr roadside assistance along with on-site repair.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was raised in the line of buisness! My father is a mechanic as well and at 5 years old I was handing him tools at his shop and could name every tool in the shop! After high school I graduated from Waco Technical School and have worked in the residential construction field along with equipment dealerships.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Safety is #1 in my so I don't rig my work to hold or tie someone over, when I repair something I repair it with the accurate parts the right way in order to assure safety. You entrust someone to fix things right and if it's not right it can be dangerous.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am on-site repair and road service so I come to the customer where ever that may be. My office is in the Lago Vista Area which is in the Austin Metro Area
What type of payments do you accept?
Currently I am accepting cash, check, and/or cashiers checks but am in the process to accept credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
From Kingsland to Marble Falls, Buchanan to Georgetown up to Lampasas, Austin Metro Area, down to San Marcus
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My wife and I run the daily operations of the whole company.
What are your hours of operation?
24 hours daily
