What is your primary product or service?
Retail sales of make-up, perfumes, cologne, jewelry, home decor, etc.. Catalog Sales of the same. I also do spa parties that are a nice compliment for bridal showers, listen and learn sessions for skin care and make-up application, etc...
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up using Avon products myself and still do to this day. I became a Representative because I believe in the company and the products and to supplement my income as well as to be able to purchase the products I use at a discounted rate.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I offer personal attention and follow up. I also offer first time customer discounts, specials and occasional incentives as well as samples and product guarantees.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Most of my sales are catalog sales or thru my website, but I am mobile and will provide party services at your location.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash or credit card only.
Which areas do you service?
North Austin, Leander, Cedar Park or Round Rock for personal service. Catalog, phone orders or website orders can ship direct anywhere in the country.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Myself.
What are your hours of operation?
7 days a week, 24 hours a day for online ordering. Personal Services and party scheduling by apoointment only.
