Sanders Black Belt Academy taught me more in my first month than my previous school did in four years. Their yellow belt curriculum contained more material than my Black Belt test in tae Kwon Do did.

How long have you been in business?
I began teaching martial arts in 1966 and opened a school in Clute ,Texas in 1978,moved to Austin in 1982, Sanders Black Belt Academy has been in its present location at 314B E. Oltorf for 5 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We teach the best martial arts of the world.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a child i started training in Karate and could just never get enough of it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most martial arts schools teach one or maybe two styles of martial arts (Say Tae Kwon Do and Brazillian Jiujitsu),therefore limiting what they can learn. We on the other hand teach the best techniques from over a dozen different martial arts.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have four associated schools. We plan to expand our Austin locations

We are located at 314B E. Oltorf 78704 in the Twin Oaks Shopping Center at the corner of S. Congress & E. Oltorf at the east end between the Nail Salon and the Fabric Store.

Our owner is Larry Sanders
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are children's classes tuesday & thursday 6:45 to 7:25 and Adult classes monday through thursday 7:30 pmto 9pm
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That we have saved their life and that we have changed their lives for the better. Both of which we have heard many times.
