How long have you been in business?
LB Wellness Coaching was started in 2016 by owner/coach Lydia Bagley.
What is your primary product or service?
I offer health and wellness coaching for individuals struggling with weight, diet, nutrition, overall lack of energy, and people looking to improve their health and all related area's of life.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've been a teacher/coach for 10 years and over the last 5 years have been pursing improvement of my own health. I realized in 2015 that helping others improve their lives was my passion and have pursued certification as a Health Coach in order assist others in creating the lives they want live .
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
LB Wellness Coaching is a unique program offering clients a safe way to learn about health, grow as individuals, and receive top of the line coaching from an experienced professional. My focus is on each client one to one, and I offer a Free Coaching session to each potential new client to make sure I'm exactly the help they need.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
LB Wellness Coaching is done at the clients connivence over the phone.
What type of payments do you accept?
CC, Check, Cash

Central Texas, Nationwide
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Lydia Bagley is owner/operator and Coach.

Monday through Friday 8:30-3pm
