Strickland Christian School is a non-denominational school which emphasizes a Christian world view and character development. Intensive phonics is taught starting in pre-kindergarten so that all our four-year-olds learn to read. In kindergarten students take dictation in cursive writing. First graders read from the King James Bible and can name all the parts of speech in sentences.

I have a degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University. I taught school in Missouri before entering the pastorate for some years. i returned to education after my move to Texas.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our exemplary curriculum and character development allows children to reach their potential both academically and spiritually. Students accomplish at an early age what much older students do in other schools.
